Photos from the Sepang MotoGP Winter Test 2017

The 2017 MotoGP Winter Test had come and went. The 3 days of testing saw the circuit been hampered by the slow drying asphalt on Day 1, rendering the testing schedule to be less productive than expected for all teams. Despite that, it managed to produce a surprise result by the end of Day 1, with retired double MotoGP World Champion Casey Stoner putting his name on the top of the time sheets.

Fastest riders on Day 2 and 3 were Italian Andrea Iannone and Spaniard Maverick Vinales, with the latter also the fastest rider overall after the 3-day of testing. Iannone was second fastest, with reigning Triple MotoGP World Champion Marc Marquez third.
